ROCKWALL – The man who was arrested last Friday after his car hit County Commissioner Cliff Sevier was charged Saturday and Monday with 10 felonies and misdemeanors, including drugs, weapons and resisting arrest.
Jeffrey Allen Lesley, is currently in the Rockwall County jail awaiting a hearing.
He was charged Saturday with:
- Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon
- Resisting Arrest
- Possession of Drug Paraphernelia
- Possession of 1-4 grams
- Possession of 1-4 grams (a second charge)
- Criminal Mischief between $100-$750
- Accident Involving Damage To Vehicle of More than $200
- Accident Involving Damage To Vehicle of More than $200 (a second charge)
He was charged Monday with:
- Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon
- Possession of Marijuana less than 2 grams
His bail has been set at $154,500 for all charges.
